Just after the lunch service, we all jumped into that small car, driven by Azy, the owner of the restaurant. And after 20mn driving through that beautiful mountain of Kobe, we arrived to the farm that welcomed us with its splendid green surrounding. To get ready for a long hard work, we took off our city clothes and wore a great farmer’s uniform, boots, hat and gloves. It was such a huge field of potatoes, that i was greatlyh impressed. As soon as we were in the potato corner, we started to take easily the plastic covering the lash green furrows; then scratching up the potatoes with a long rake. At the end of the day, we could reap more than the 500kg. The job well done! We already cleaned and washed near the field, as the sun was already falling off the farm. It was kind of exciting hard work, but we really want to give you the best and healthy products. So now, you are sure that you are eating totally local green products in our french dishes
